Are you currently a Project Manager or an experienced Site Manager looking for a bigger challenge? Peab Infrastructure in Västerbotten and Örnsköldsvik is now looking for a Project Manager for large and complex projects.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate our major projects, with commercial responsibility from the bidding and costing phase through to execution and completion.

You will have many skilled colleagues and a network of support functions at your disposal. You will serve as a role model who creates engagement among the project team members.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project team
• Clarify and steer towards the project's set goals
• Responsible for budget, financial follow-up, and scheduling
• Ensure that the project meets quality and safety requirements
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders

About you

The person we are looking for has at least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction and infrastructure industry. You are educated as a Civil Engineer or University College Engineer, or have equivalent experience.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high level of engagement and enjoy problem-solving. You will collaborate with many different functions, both internally and externally, so your ability to create and maintain relationships is important. You must also have a strong business sense and be results-oriented.
