Excavator Operators Wanted for Assignments in Luleå & Boden

Nkraft Staffing continues to grow and is now looking for experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.

We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this position suitable even for those living elsewhere.

We are looking for you who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work on projects together with some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.

About the Role

As an excavator operator with us, you will work in varied projects within earthworks and infrastructure. You are responsible for operating and handling the excavator safely and efficiently, while being a key part of the production on-site.

The work can take place during daytime Monday–Friday or in shift work (7/7) depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators in earthworks and infrastructure projects
• Excavation, planning, and handling of materials
• Performing daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine
• Working according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
• Collaborating with site managers, foremen, and other professional groups
• Contributing to a safe and efficient workplace

We are looking for you who

• Hold an excavator operator certificate or apprenticeship book
• Have previous experience as an excavator operator
• Hold a B-driver's license
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team

Merits

• Experience with GPS/machine control systems

Terms of Employment

• Work location: Luleå & Boden
• Working hours: Monday–Friday or 7/7
• Start: As agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Accommodation can be arranged if needed
