Excavator Operators Wanted for Assignments in Luleå & Boden

Nkraft Staffing continues to grow and is now looking for experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.

We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this position suitable for you even if you live elsewhere.

We are looking for you who are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to work on projects together with some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.

About the Role

As an excavator operator with us, you will work on varied projects within earthworks and infrastructure. You are responsible for operating and handling the excavator in a safe and efficient manner, while being a key part of the production on-site.

The work can be during daytime Monday–Friday or in shifts (7/7) depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator in earthworks and infrastructure projects
• Excavation, planning, and handling of materials
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine
• Work according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
• Collaborate with site managers, foremen, and other professional groups
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace

We are looking for you who

• Have an excavator operator certificate or apprenticeship book
• Have previous experience as an excavator operator
• Hold a B driver's license
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team

Meritorious

• Experience with GPS/machine control systems

Employment Terms

• Work location: Luleå & Boden
• Working hours: Monday–Friday or 7/7 shifts
• Start date: As agreed
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Accommodation can be arranged if needed
