Your role with us
As a Production Engineer at Parker Hannifin in Borås, you have a central and operationally close role where you work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and optimized production processes in machining (CNC turning and milling). You work continuously on improvements, participate in projects, and contribute to the technical development of processes related to automation, CNC equipment, and robotics.

In this role, you are a vital link between production, technology, quality, and project organization. You are responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining production documentation and ensuring that manufacturing processes are carried out according to established instructions and requirements. You participate in quality and improvement work and are responsible for calculations related to products and customer projects.

You are part of a well-functioning production team and report to the Production Manager. You are offered great opportunities to influence, develop, and make a difference in an international operation with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvements.

Requirements for the role

• Production experience and knowledge in machining
• Post-secondary technical education in areas such as production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical competence gained through work experience.
• Experience working with LEAN principles
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience with CNC programming
• Experience working with automation and robotics
