ADR Västernorrland is now looking for an Electrician / Property Caretaker for our operations in Västernorrland. Here, you will have a broad and important role where you work with both electrical tasks and the daily maintenance of our properties.

What will you be working with?

As an Electrician / Property Caretaker, you will have a varied role involving practical electrical work, assembly, troubleshooting, and ongoing property maintenance. You will be an important part of daily operations and contribute to maintaining a high standard in our properties.

You will primarily work with:

• Performing simple electrical work, assembly, installations, and repairs
• Troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of electrical installations and technical systems
• Rounds, maintenance, and ongoing upkeep of properties
• Handling fault reports and service cases
• Performing minor repairs and practical measures in the properties
• Checking lighting, electrical panels, equipment, and operational functions
• Participating in inspections and follow-ups
• Contributing to energy efficiency and improvement measures
• Communicating with tenants, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Supporting colleagues outside your main area of responsibility when needed

To be considered for the position, we would like you to have:

• Experience with electrical work, electrical assembly, or similar technical work
• Experience with property maintenance, operations, or maintenance
• Good practical problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

It is an advantage if you have:

• Electrical training or other relevant technical education
• Experience from the property industry
• Knowledge of ventilation, heating, control systems, or basic plumbing
• Experience working with energy efficiency
• Lift certification, hot work permits, or other relevant certificates

About the position

The position is a combined role as Electrician and Property Caretaker located within ADR Västernorrland's operations (Sundsvall). The work is varied and involves both planned tasks and urgent service interventions.
