Main responsibilities

We are now looking for you who want to be part of a successful operation. As a store employee in delicatessen at Hemköp Stockholm Stadshagen, you will take great personal responsibility for ensuring that our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that it is clean and tidy in our store, with a focus on our bread section. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, sales and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality.

In your role as a store employee in delicatessen, you work with an understanding of HACCP as well as Axfood's guidelines for hygiene, health and food safety. With your burning interest in food, especially delicatessen products, you will become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience. The position is a permanent full-time equivalent of 36 hours per week, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings and weekends. Access to the position is desired from 2025-06-29 or as agreed.

What we expect

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role of store employee in delicatessen. You inspire and contribute with your creativity and knowledge when serving customers according to their needs at our delicatessen counter. We would like you to have previous experience in delicatessen and ready-made meals.

To thrive with us, you should be good at working in a team, be meticulous, structured and quality-conscious. In addition, you like when the pace is high and you are used to working under time pressure. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations, which for example means that you are service- and sales-oriented, but also that you enjoy working across departmental boundaries in the store. With reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
