Do you want a summer job where you work with happy holidaymakers, great colleagues, and the sea just minutes away?

We are now looking for 3 new stars for our bistro team at First Camp Ekerum on Öland. Here you work right in the middle of the holiday buzz with sun, beach, fast-paced days, and pleasant summer evenings.

During our busiest summer weeks, the destination is filled with life, activities, and evening entertainment in the bistro – making your summer with us something much more than just a job.

Here you will work primarily in the kitchen/prep area, but we always help each other out as a team when the pace picks up.

You work together with the team in the kitchen and ensure that the food maintains high quality even when the pace is fast.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Cooking food according to our concept

• Preparing ingredients and prepping for service

• Maintaining order and structure in the kitchen

• Dishwashing and cleaning

During weeks 27–32, there is extra activity at the destination with evening entertainment, high energy, and lots of holidaymakers.

No matter the area, we work together to create a really great experience for our guests.

You don’t need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you like people, have good energy, and want to be part of a team where we help each other out.

Experience from restaurants, cafés, fast food, or service is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Training is provided on-site, so the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.

You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English.

Many who start with us return for several summers – and several of our leaders started themselves as seasonal employees.

We are looking for employees for the summer season starting in week 25, with a workload of 30–40 hours per week.

Working hours vary and include days, evenings, and weekends according to the collective agreement.
