Develop B2B clients in Stockholm at Swedol – focus on key accounts, relationships, and long-term growth
Do you want to develop B2B clients in Stockholm for a well-known company with a strong local presence and a broad offering? As a sales representative at Swedol, you work with companies where relationships, business understanding, and long-term value creation are crucial. Your customer portfolio focuses on larger key accounts, but also includes a number of smaller customers. You drive sales towards customers with needs for workwear, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, consumables, services, and solutions that simplify their purchasing and daily operations. Here you will find a business-oriented role in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths, helpful colleagues, and great potential in the Stockholm region. Do you want to take the next step in a role where you build trust, develop customers, and create lasting business? Warmly welcome with your application!
Your employment offer
At Swedol, you get an independent and business-oriented role with significant personal responsibility for customer dialogues, planning, and portfolio development. You become part of a warm and helpful culture where colleagues share knowledge, support each other, and strive for success together. Here you will find short decision-making paths, high engagement, and a strong sense of community. Swedol's core values – engagement, collaboration, and competence – are visible in everyday life through customer focus, professional pride, and the desire to constantly improve.
With a well-known brand, a strong store network in the region, and a broad offering, you have excellent conditions to create long-term value for your customers.
Your responsibilities
As a sales representative, you develop B2B clients in the Stockholm area and drive long-term business with a focus on business value, growth, and profitability. The main focus of the portfolio is on larger key accounts, but you are also responsible for a number of smaller customers.
- Plan and execute customer management for larger and strategically important customers
- Build and develop your own customer portfolio with a focus on growth, profitability, and long-term relationships
- Identify business opportunities by understanding customer needs, purchasing patterns, and potential
- Analyze customer purchase volumes, spend, and improvement opportunities to create increased business value
- Conduct business dialogues with purchasing managers, leadership, and other decision-makers
- Create customer plans, quote, negotiate, and follow up on business in CRM
- Coordinate internal resources for larger deals, such as stores, inside sales, web, and specialists
- Contribute market insights, customer feedback, and improvement proposals to the organization
The role involves both developing existing customers and some prospecting. Many customers have a previous connection to Swedol, but the relationship may need to be reactivated, deepened, and developed over time.
Worth knowing
The role is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. You are based in Stockholm and become part of Swedol's sales organization in the Stockholm region, where the team consists of approximately 22 sales representatives. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
The position involves high customer presence, personal responsibility, and travel within the district. Overnight stays may occur if necessary. You will receive an introduction to Swedol's working methods, offerings, and internal systems, and have close collaboration with, among others, stores, inside sales, and other specialists in the organization.
Our expectations
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from a role as a field sales representative, sales representative, Key Account Manager, or similar. You are used to working with customer responsibility, your own portfolio, and clear business goals, and want to take the next step towards larger customers and more long-term business. Experience from industry, construction, service companies, or related industries is meritorious, as is previous work with larger customers.
You have a business-driven and solution-oriented way of selling, where you start from the customer's needs and connect them to relevant parts of the offering. You feel confident, or are ready to take the step, in dialogues with larger companies where multiple decision-makers and longer sales processes may be involved. You do not need to know every product area in detail from the start. The most important thing is that you have the ability to understand the customer's business, ask the right questions, and connect the needs to relevant parts of Swedol's broad offering.
As a person, you are curious, structured, and business-driven. You are confident in customer dialogues, dare to ask for the right documentation, and are motivated by developing customers over time. You enjoy driving your work independently, while also collaborating with colleagues and specialists to create the best possible solution for the customer. For the role, a high school education is required, good Swedish skills in speech and writing, a B driving license, and familiarity with the Office package and digital systems.
