About the role

Our client is one of Sweden's major banks, and we are recruiting on their behalf for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be part of the department handling customer advisory within Private Customer Service, which is part of Customer Relations. You will work from the office in Stockholm, sitting in an open-plan office together with colleagues from both customer service and other departments. Customer Service roles are also located in Linköping, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

The assignment initially spans 6 months, with good prospects for extension if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. We are looking for someone who can start on August 11th for a mandatory introductory period.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming cases from private customers, primarily via phone, though face-to-face customer interaction also occurs.
  • Work and navigate in various systems and work goal-oriented with key performance indicators.
  • Conduct proactive needs analyses to offer added value to customers.
  • Actively promote self-service solutions during every customer contact.
  • Contribute new ideas and suggestions that lead to a more efficient way of working.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Has completed upper secondary education (high school).
  • Has a genuine interest in banking and finance.
  • Is computer literate and has good system understanding.
  • Has previous relevant work experience in service and administration.

Meritorious qualifications

  • Work experience in customer service directed towards private customers.
  • Completed post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Experience from the banking industry.

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or by being self-taught.
