ABOUT OUR FUNCTION

Our mission is to support our customers with service, maintenance, and commissioning to ensure that the products we deliver function according to specification. We do this by performing various service tasks such as commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support. The service organization is nationwide, consisting of employees from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. Within the function, there are several specialist areas, giving us broad competence in both our product portfolio and the varied tasks involved in service work.

FläktGroup has a strong focus on sustainability, where our service portfolio, including retrofitting, plays a crucial role for the future. By developing our service operations, we continuously strengthen our availability and support to customers regarding the service and support of our products.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

As a Control Technician at FläktGroup, your main responsibilities will be to support our customers with service and commissioning. You will become part of the Swedish service organization with the aim of ensuring that our products are correctly installed according to customer needs. You will contribute your expertise to offer the most effective and functional solutions regarding service.

The role is varied, and you have the opportunity to influence your own workday and development through continuous training. As a Control Technician, you are vital to the company's continued development regarding the investment being made in developing the service business. We believe this role is perfect for you if you have:

  • Relevant education (e.g., in control or ventilation technology) or equivalent practical experience
  • A valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Fluent spoken and written skills in both Swedish and English

Experience with ventilation technology is a plus.

Additionally, good knowledge of Modbus and Bacnet is considered an asset.
