At Hedermann Gruppen AB, we are growing rapidly and are now looking for an engaged and self-reliant Project Manager or Foreman within the electrical field.

About the Role

As our new Foreman and Project Manager within electricity, you will play a central role in our property projects. You will be the hub of the network, with overall responsibility for driving electrical work during riser replacements, as well as managing planning, resource allocation, and logistics for our service jobs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Project Management & Responsibility: Lead and drive the electrical contracting work during riser replacements with full focus on economy, schedule, and quality.
• Service Planning: Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily service jobs and smaller installations.
• Estimating & Purchasing: Create estimates, place material orders, and handle financial follow-up.
• Customer Contact: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, housing associations, and subcontractors.
• Quality & Environmental Responsibility: Ensure that all installations are carried out in accordance with current industry regulations and safety instructions.

Experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see you as a problem solver who thrives when juggling multiple tasks. You have good communication skills and can motivate and lead your team.

• Experience: Several years of documented experience as an electrician, preferably combined with previous experience as a lead technician, foreman, or project manager in electrical installations.
• Property Projects: Good understanding of riser replacements and ROT projects (Repair, Move, and Extend).
• Economy & Administration: Familiarity with handling project budgets, schedules, and simpler administrative systems.

Qualification Requirements

• Authorized Electrician: At least AL (General Authorization) is highly meritorious, but extensive experience combined with BB1 (Limited Authorization) may be accepted depending on the nature of the assignment.
• Driver's License: A valid Category B driver's license is an absolute requirement.
