What can we offer you?

Here, you will have a dynamic role in an organization in development. As a Municipal Communicator, you are our face to the outside world and our voice on the phone, via email, and in digital channels. Together with engaged colleagues, you work independently to receive, register, and resolve cases at the front line, or strategically guide them to the right specialist competence within the municipal group.

Your future responsibilities

In the role of Municipal Communicator, you are the hub of the municipality's information and case flow. Your main responsibilities include:

• Independently answering, processing, and advising within all municipal areas of operation.
• Registering, quality-assuring, and handling error reports and cases in our case management system.
• Actively contributing to our cross-functional development work where we map customer journeys, streamline working methods, and optimize processes from the resident's perspective.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have documented experience in qualified customer service, hospitality, or administration, preferably within the public sector. You have at least a high school education, while a university degree in social sciences, systems science, or public administration is an advantage.

The role requires that you have a very good ability to navigate and handle several parallel IT and operational systems in a structured manner. You express yourself effortlessly and professionally in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Since we handle cases from all municipal operations, the role places high demands on good civic awareness, personal integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality.

As a person, you have a strong holistic view and a pronounced solution focus. You are structured, meticulous, and maintain your professional calm even during periods of high workload. You enjoy working towards clear goals and see collaboration with your colleagues as a natural prerequisite for delivering top-quality service.
