Job Description

We are currently looking for 2–3 driven and detail-oriented individuals for a long-term assignment with our client in Kvänum. Here you get the chance to become part of a stable team in door manufacturing, where attitude and willingness to work weigh heavier than a long CV.

As an assembler at our client's facility in Kvänum, you will work at the heart of production, manufacturing doors. The work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. The assignment is long-term, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities to eventually be hired directly by the client company.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of components according to given instructions.
• Ongoing quality control of the manufactured doors.
• Simple welding tasks (MIG/MAG) where experience exists.
• Collaboration with colleagues to maintain production pace and achieve set goals.

Qualifications

• Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is punctual, detail-oriented, and enjoys physical work. The right attitude is crucial.
• Experience: No specific prior knowledge is required as we offer full on-site training by experienced staff.
• Advantageous: Previous experience with MIG/MAG welding is a big plus. You do not need to be a certified welder; moderate experience is sufficient.
• Language: You must understand and speak Swedish to be able to absorb instructions and safety regulations.
