About the Role As a receptionist, you will play a key role in developing a service function in one of Gothenburg's most popular shopping centers!
In the elegant information desk at Frölunda Torg, you will be an integral part of the shopping experience for visitors and a natural point of contact for employees within the center. Together with your colleague, you will represent the face of the shopping center, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude. We offer a varied and independent work environment in a pleasant setting with cheerful, service-oriented colleagues.
The duties are diverse and include directing visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, and liaising with suppliers and center management. The role also involves administrative tasks, such as using Canva to create information sheets or simple marketing materials. You will update and manage content on various digital platforms and coordinate administrative processes, such as when a new store opens. Additional administrative duties may include handling internal matters, documentation, and follow-ups.
You will become a key contact point for everyone visiting the center, delivering high-quality service daily!
Who You Are You are a true service star who thrives on providing exceptional service and enjoys administrative work. You have a flexible approach, tackling challenges in a solution-oriented and non-hierarchical manner. You understand the importance of teamwork as well as working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in service, reception, or similar roles.
- Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Experience with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Employment Details
Type of Employment: Fixed-term contract (probationary/interim), with potential for extension.
Hours: 40%
Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours: Fixed weekly schedule. Weekdays: 13:45–20:10. Sundays: 09:30–14:00.
