You will join a Data & AI team building generative AI solutions for a business with high demands for security, data protection, and scalability. Here, you will work closely with both internal platforms and customer-facing services, focusing on translating language models into solutions used in everyday life that create concrete value.

The role is broad and hands-on. You work through the entire lifecycle, from idea and development to deployment, monitoring, and further development. You will become a key part of the work on an internal GPT platform used widely across the organization, while also contributing to external AI initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine generative AI with robust engineering work in an environment where solutions need to work in reality.

• You develop solutions using language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent technology.
• You build data pipelines to receive files, extract relevant information, structure data, and make it available in the correct format.
• You design and develop integrations with other systems to make information accessible in AI-driven services.
• You work with data storage in examples such as object storage, vector, and graph databases.
• You drive deployment and lifecycle management of platforms, including monitoring, debugging, performance optimization, and rights management.
• You contribute to the development of an external AI customer chat and support the team's ongoing AI initiatives.

• Experience developing generative AI solutions with language models.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Practical experience with Python.
• Ability to build scalable and robust data pipelines.
• Experience with integrations and structuring, storing, and making data accessible.
• Experience working with deployment, monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of security, data protection, and rights management in high-demand environments.

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
• Experience with FastAPI, Celery, or Nginx.
• Familiarity with Docker, Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, or Bicep.
• Experience with modern development environments using Docker Compose, WSL, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
