We are currently looking for a new Business & Marketing Manager based in Anderstorp/Jönköping. We offer flexible placement some days of the week at our office in Jönköping, as well as in Anderstorp where our headquarters and production are located.

Your Responsibilities

As the head of our business group, you will be a key player responsible for leading the group, ensuring we establish business with our fantastic customers, and securing the right supply chain. You will drive the company forward in strategic sales, where continuous development of customer relationships and a forward-looking, innovative mindset are key to success. You understand how to assemble a team with the right competencies at Qtech to offer our customers solutions that contribute to our shared growth. You have the ability to collaborate with teams of highly competent colleagues in the industry and communicate at all organizational levels.

You work towards clearly defined goals and KPIs aimed at building the company's brand and ensuring the right business for the company. You sit on the company's management group and work in close collaboration with the executive management, integrating technical sales, business coordination, design, and strategic purchasing to optimize the business group's deliveries. You place long-term relationships and transparency at the center. We are a company that helps our customers proactively develop the best solutions. Your role includes, among other things:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future customers
• Understanding our customers' needs and objectives
• Analyzing market trends to develop strategies based on thorough environmental scanning
• Balancing sales targets, marketing strategies, and business conditions
• Ensuring that technical requirements and solutions are integrated correctly in development projects
• Participating in and driving sales activities and marketing-related events
• Leading projects to improve internal processes and implement prioritized initiatives
• Contributing internally to industrializing new business in the operations
• Responsible for setting up and driving internal KPIs in the business group based on company goals
• Personnel responsibility for the functions within the business group

Profile

We are looking for you who have worked with marketing and sales for several years. You have made the journey we are on and can come in with fresh eyes to contribute to our continued success. In addition to your sales background, you have a good understanding of logistics and supply chains, as well as production within mechanical manufacturing. Above all, you can handle the technical business communication required to succeed in this role. You have substantial experience in creating business and developing a company's strategic business thinking.

As a person, you are analytical, marketing-oriented, curious, and take ownership from start to finish. You are energetic with good social skills. We see you as unpretentious, passionate about teamwork, and willing to go the extra mile to drive the team forward to success.

Your strength is your ability to see around corners and understand how we work to meet the customer's future. Your business and customer understanding allow you to naturally contribute to developing the company forward with the best results for us, our customers, and their future.

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as good IT skills.
