We are looking for a Site Manager for the GGVV area who has experience in personnel management and customer relations and thrives in a dynamic and business-oriented environment. You have a good understanding of staffing within industry and logistics and are motivated by working both strategically and operationally – with both people and customers.

As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations in the area. You lead and develop the team, ensure the right competence is in the right place, and follow up on deliveries to the customer. You work closely with both customers and internal functions to create high quality and long-term collaborations.

The role also includes driving recruitment, coaching employees, and developing the business in the region. You build strong relationships and actively contribute to strengthening our position in the market.

About the Position

As Site Manager for the GGVV area, you work with a clear focus on staffing, leadership, and customer relations. You have overall responsibility for our consultants and customer assignments within industry and logistics in the region, ensuring that the right competence is in the right place and that our customers receive high-quality deliveries.

In this role, you are responsible for recruitment, personnel management, scheduling, follow-up, and coaching of consultants. You have daily contact with both customers and employees and work closely with our local offices to develop collaborations and create long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staffing and delivery to customers within industry and logistics
• Lead, coach, and develop consultants in assignments
• Recruit new employees and ensure the right competence for the right assignment
• Plan and follow up on scheduling and personnel resources
• Have daily contact with customers to develop and maintain collaborations
• Drive and develop the business in the area together with local offices
• Follow up on quality, attendance, and delivery precision
• Contribute to creating long-term and sustainable customer relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in personnel management and leadership
• Experience from staffing, recruitment, or similar operations
• Good understanding of the industry and/or logistics sector
• Experience in customer contact and relationship building
• Ability to work in a structured manner in a changing and fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Daytime Monday–Friday (Hybrid)
