About the Role
In the role of Consulting Manager, every day brings new challenges! The position is highly varied, involving matters concerning both staff and customers, while you work with a results-oriented and solution-focused approach. You have your own responsibility for your customers as well as your own personnel responsibility for your consultants. Among other things, you will staff a major e-commerce client with large volumes, where daily bookings of consultants with other primary employment take place.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of new consultants
- Time registration and personnel administration in Intelliplan
- Personnel planning and personnel care
- KPI and delivery follow-up
- Daily customer and consultant contact in industrial and production environments
About You
For the position of Consulting Manager, we are looking for you who thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with many contact points, often simultaneously. Our customers operate at varying times of the day, which places high demands on your flexibility, prioritization skills, and sense of responsibility. Furthermore, we see that you are confident in your leadership, as you have full personnel responsibility for your consultants.
We are looking for someone who
- Has documented experience in staffing/personnel planning, for example as a Consulting Manager, preferably within industry and/or production
- Has a positive attitude and works with a results orientation
- Can structure and distribute your working day in an efficient manner
- Has a valid B-driver's license
Other Terms
Scope: Full-time
Salary: Fixed monthly salary – market competitive according to industry standards
Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
