Are you a positive and communicative person who is passionate about service and wants to be part of the Nordics' largest circular marketplace? We are now looking for Customer Service Representatives for Tradera!

Tradera is one of Sweden's most well-known marketplaces with over 3.6 million members and millions of daily visitors. Every day, the customer service team helps both buyers and sellers succeed – and now they need support!

In this role, you will provide fast and professional support via chat, phone, and email. You will become an important part of a team that constantly improves the user experience and contributes to Tradera's journey towards even more sustainable and circular trade.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Tradera, you will among other things:

  • Provide fast and high-quality support via chat, phone, and email
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through secure and professional communication
  • Contribute to improving chatbots, response templates, and internal procedures
  • Report bugs and recurring issues to increase the quality of the platform
  • Work towards clear goals regarding response times, handling times, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in feedback sessions, knowledge sharing, and training
  • Stay updated on Tradera's products, services, and policies

This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work together with Tradera. The position is full-time during office hours. Planned start is in spring 2026, with the possibility of extension into autumn.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Have previous experience in customer service or another service role
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
  • Have good computer skills and enjoy problem-solving
  • Are positive, engaged, and have a strong desire to help others
  • Take responsibility, are adaptable, and like to develop
  • Work in a structured and careful manner even when the pace is high
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team

It is an advantage if you also have

  • Experience from e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech companies
  • Worked with private customers, corporate customers, shipping issues, or policy/security
  • Interest in AI and new smart technology
  • Good understanding of Tradera's products and services as an active user
