About the job

Are you a person with a technical interest and a passion for cars? Do you want to work as an Auto Mechanic in Strängnäs? We are currently looking for someone who loves solving technical problems and wants to work with vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will work with everything from troubleshooting and repairs to maintenance of various types of vehicles.

About you

This role suits you if you are unpretentious and ready to work with all sorts of different tasks on vehicles. You are self-motivated and have a good understanding of different types of vehicles.

Responsibilities

As an Auto Mechanic, you will be part of a competent team, and your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing troubleshooting and diagnostics of mechanical and electrical systems
• Repairing and replacing worn or damaged parts
• Performing regular maintenance and servicing
• Checking and adjusting vehicles to ensure optimal performance
• Documenting completed work and updating service history

Qualifications

• Education in vehicle technology or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High work ethic and responsible attitude
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

• Certification for diagnostic tools or further education in a relevant area
• Experience working with modern vehicle systems

• Scope: Full-time
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00
• Location: Strängnäs
• Start: Immediately
