What the Role Entails

As a Maintenance Technician/Facility Technician, you are responsible for the operation, supervision, maintenance, and development of several properties. You work proactively to ensure that the technical systems of the properties function optimally and contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants and customers.

The work is varied and includes both planned maintenance and corrective measures. You have ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and contractors, and are responsible for documentation and reporting in digital systems.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and supervising properties
• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations
• Troubleshooting and repairs within electrical, plumbing (HVAC), ventilation, and construction
• Functional checks and preventive maintenance
• Handling fault reports and technical measures
• Operation and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinklers, and ventilation
• Contact and coordination with customers and suppliers
• Documentation and reporting in digital systems

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience from the property sector or a related technical business. You currently work, for example, as a facility technician, maintenance technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing fitter, or service technician. Regardless of background, you have a strong technical interest and enjoy solving problems.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in facility technology or technical operations. You have relevant education or equivalent experience, good computer skills, and a valid driver's license (Category B). You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are responsible, self-motivated, and service-oriented. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others.
