Do you want to work close to the technology and be a key person between product, workshop, and business? We are now looking for a Technical Pre-sales Engineer for our equipment workshops.
In this role, you ensure that what we sell works in practice – both technically and in terms of quality. You work closely with product managers, sales teams, and workshops, playing a vital part in ensuring our solutions maintain high quality all the way to the customer.
What you will do:
- Ensure technical compatibility and quality in won deals
- Support sales and workshops with technical solutions, cost calculations, and internal cost proposals
- Lead or contribute to training for workshops
- Provide support to technicians, sales teams, and the central warehouse
- Monitor and improve our solutions through active feedback
- Collaborate closely with the USWE Product Manager, other product managers, and product support
- Ensure that assembly from external suppliers meets the required quality standards
- Create electrical and hydraulic drawings when needed
- Monitor customer-perceived assembly quality
- Support USWE solutions, including bills of materials and calculations
- Test-assemble and verify solutions, and create assembly instructions
We believe you:
- Have a technical education or equivalent work experience
- Have broad and good technical understanding, preferably within construction machinery or similar fields
- Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- Are confident in collaborating with different functions
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Are proficient in computer use
