E4EL is growing and is now looking for an experienced Lead Technician who wants to take a key role in our contracting projects. About the role

As a Lead Technician at E4EL, you are the natural leader on the job site. You are responsible for daily planning, leading the technician team, and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You work closely with the project manager and are a vital part of the project's success. Together, you ensure that the project meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements while creating a good working environment for everyone involved.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work for electricians and technicians on-site
• Plan and coordinate daily work in contracting projects
• Ensure the project follows schedule, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements
• Responsible for material handling, orders, and resource planning on-site
• Act as the contact person for customers, construction management, consultants, and other contractors
• Perform and quality-assure electrical installations in new construction, renovation, and industry
• Contribute with technical solutions and problem-solving during the project
• Support, develop, and guide employees in their daily work

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as an electrician and who currently work as a Lead Technician or have equivalent experience from contracting operations.

You thrive taking responsibility and are motivated by leading others towards common goals. At the same time, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust with both customers and colleagues.

We would like you to have:

• ECY certificate and several years of experience as an electrician
• Experience with contracting projects in commercial properties, industry, or construction
• Experience leading technician teams and coordinating work on-site
• Good ability to plan and structure work
• Understanding of economics, quality, and productivity in projects
• Good collaboration skills and clear leadership
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from industrial projects is an advantage.
