Bilgruppen Mälardalen AB is an established dealer and service partner for Peugeot, Citroën, Mitsubishi, and Opel in Eskilstuna. We are a close-knit team of 22 employees working together to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience.

We are now strengthening our workshop and are looking for a Service Technician. Experience in the field is meritorious, but the right attitude and willingness to develop with us are key.

Here you will find a modern workplace with high standards, a family-like culture, and colleagues who support each other. Currently, five technicians with extensive experience and a strong commitment to their craft work at our workshop.

About the Role

As a Service Technician with us, your responsibilities include:

• Service and maintenance of passenger cars
• Troubleshooting and repairs
• Diagnosis using modern workshop systems
• Customer-focused work with high quality in every task
• Documentation and administration in our digital systems

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician

Do you have several years of experience as an automobile mechanic or service technician and feel confident in your role? Then you might be the reinforcement we are looking for.

We would like you to have:

• 3–4 years of experience or more as a service technician, automobile mechanic, or similar
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ability to independently plan and execute work
• A strong focus on quality and a sense of responsibility

Additional qualifications such as training in the following are meritorious:

• AC certification
• High-voltage training
• Car electronics
• Modern vehicle technology and diagnostics

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Category B, manual transmission)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to read and understand technical information in English
• Good computer and IT skills

Living in or near Eskilstuna is a plus.
