Aeternum Holding AB is the management company for Wonna I de Jong Fastigheter.

Wonna I de Jong is a private property owner with approximately 1,800 apartments and 2,000 commercial tenants. Our policy is to own, develop, and manage properties long-term. We want our tenants to feel satisfied and secure in their work and living environments. We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and ambitious property caretaker for our property portfolio in Malmköping.

You enjoy taking responsibility and are self-reliant, loyal, and long-term oriented. You are social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and customers.

You are willing to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience and interest in the construction industry and property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include daily rounds and responsibility for the outdoor environment, playgrounds, parking areas, and common areas. General supervision and control, as well as identifying potential issues for tenants and ensuring appropriate measures are taken. For example, ensuring that heating, ventilation, laundry rooms, booking systems, gates, doors, and other technical systems function properly, and contributing to cost-saving and environmentally friendly solutions.

The work involves handling service requests and performing repairs in apartments, such as carpentry, painting, troubleshooting, minor plumbing and electrical work, as well as repairing white goods. All incoming service requests must be documented and followed up consistently together with the administrative department through daily reports.

Supervision and preventive maintenance are important to prevent acute problems. If major issues arise, contact the responsible persons at the office for further action by a heating technician, electrician, or other specialist.
