We are now looking for a substitute employee for our property maintenance department.

As part of the team at Gnestahem, you will become an important colleague with a central role in the daily work. We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, and who contributes with engagement, responsibility, and good teamwork skills.

You are solution-oriented, structured, and have an eye for quality in your work. You are flexible, proactive, and able to plan and carry out tasks within given timeframes. With us, you will also become part of our joint development work towards a sustainable future.

The work consists of maintaining our areas, and the main tasks include:

• Maintaining our areas, which involves mowing grass, raking leaves, picking up litter, clearing weeds, trimming hedges, planting, etc.
• Snow clearing and salting in winter.
• Cleaning common areas in our buildings as needed.
• Cleaning garbage rooms and hauling away items that cannot be thrown there.
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance.

The work is very varied. It is important to develop good relationships with our tenants and customers so that they feel safe and well taken care of.

Formal requirements:

• Experience in property maintenance.
• Experience working with garden machinery.
• Category B driver's license.

Desirable and meritorious qualifications:

• Education/knowledge about pruning.
• Chainsaw license.
• Forklift license.
