Do you want to work with supply chain, spare parts, and technical products in an international environment? We are now looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator for a assignment within the automotive industry in Eskilstuna. Here you will have a key role in ensuring spare part availability, analyzing demand, and contributing to increased uptime for customers globally.
You will become part of a context where logistics, technology, and business meet, and where your work directly impacts both customer satisfaction and the company's results.

About the assignment
In the role of Spare Parts Coordinator, you work to ensure that the right spare parts are available at the right time throughout the machine's lifespan. You have a central position between the aftermarket, logistics, and technical teams, working closely with both internal functions and international dealers.
You will work both operationally and analytically to identify needs, analyze data, and develop proposals that strengthen availability and streamline supply chain flows.
Examples of tasks:
- Analyze demand and identify critical spare parts
- Develop inventory strategies and so-called stock-up proposals
- Collaborate with dealers and internal functions globally
- Contribute to improving processes within aftermarket and logistics
- Participate in product launches and ensure spare part readiness
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a background in logistics, supply chain, or technology and thrive in a role where you combine analysis with collaboration. You have a strong interest in how flows and availability affect customer experience and business.
You likely have a few years of experience from a similar role, for example as a material planner, supply chain coordinator, or within aftermarket and spare parts management.
We would like you to have:
- experience in supply chain, logistics, or aftermarket
- experience working with data, analysis, and forecasts
- good system proficiency, preferably from business systems such as SAP
- technical interest or understanding of mechanics
- experience from the manufacturing or automotive industry
- good knowledge of English in speech and writing
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive in an international environment with many contact points and have a natural ability to collaborate and build trust.
