About the role

As a maintenance technician, you play a central role in ensuring operational safety and efficiency in our production. You will be an important part of the production management, work in 2-shifts, and participate in both planned and daily maintenance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Perform mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment
• Work with automation, troubleshooting, and improvements
• Handle repairs and ongoing service of conveyor belts
• Contribute to planned preventive maintenance and emergency interventions
• Support the technical development of production together with an experienced team
• Participate in improvement and development work related to sustainable, modern production

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of work experience as a maintenance technician
• Mechanical knowledge and good technical understanding
• Experience with automation and control systems
• Electrical qualifications, or documented experience with electrical work (highly meritorious)
• Experience working with conveyor belts and other production equipment
• Experience with planned and daily maintenance in an industrial environment
• The ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner
