Your Responsibilities

Your role as a Transport Technician / Hospital Janitor involves working in a team, where you become an essential "cog" in the team responsible for virtually all transport within the hospital. The transport department also handles numerous transports between the hospital and health centers throughout and in parts of Sörmland.

As a Transport Technician / Hospital Janitor, you work with the transport of goods, laundry, mail, and food. The transport department is also responsible for the hospital's warehouse management, transport of deceased individuals as well as the mortuary, and handles the hospital's waste.

Thanks to job rotation, the work offers great opportunities for variation in tasks within the Transport West team at Kullberg Hospital.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a Category C driver's license and YKB certification.
• Are self-motivated but also function well in a group setting.
• Are flexible and stress-resistant, as the work sometimes involves rapid changes requiring quick adaptation.
• Have good physical fitness, as the work involves walking many steps per shift and some heavy lifting.

Due to the importance of ensuring patient safety in our operations, we require very good Swedish language skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.

Employment Terms

Permanent employment with start date as agreed. Probationary period may apply.

Working Hours: All days of the week between 07:00–22:00. Scheduled weekend shifts occur.
