We are now looking for a service-oriented environmental steward (miljövärd) for our property portfolio in Nyköping.

About the role

The role of environmental steward is part of our Environmental Steward Program and is a fixed-term employment for up to 18 months. In this role, you will work with supervision and cleaning in and around the properties, and you will also be responsible for ensuring that common areas are tidy and clean. The role requires you to be social and service-oriented to maintain good contacts with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• External maintenance with cleaning of courtyard environments
• Taking care of the property's common areas such as waste management, stairwells, cellars, and laundry rooms
• Supervision in and around the properties – ensuring everything is clean and tidy
• Simple repairs of, for example, seating areas, playgrounds, and garage and parking spaces
• Light painting work

Your profile

To be considered for the role, we prefer that you are a tenant of Victoriahem. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and independent in your daily work. You are good at building relationships, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive in work that is sometimes physically demanding. Experience and/or education in the field is meritorious but not a requirement. In this role, we value personality, motivation, and drive highly. A B-class driver's license is required. To be considered for the role, you must be eligible for "Nystartsjobb" (New Start Job).
