What the role entails

As a Facility Technician/Building Technician, you are responsible for the operation, supervision, maintenance, and development of several properties. You work proactively to ensure that the technical systems of the properties function optimally and contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants and customers. The work is varied and includes both planned maintenance and corrective interventions. You have ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and contractors, and are responsible for documentation and reporting in digital systems. Your main tasks:

• Patrolling and supervision of properties
• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical installations
• Troubleshooting and repairs within electricity, plumbing, ventilation, and construction
• Function checks and preventive maintenance
• Handling fault reports and technical measures
• Operation and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinklers, and ventilation
• Contact and coordination with customers and suppliers
• Documentation and reporting in digital systems

Qualifications

Who are you? We are looking for you who have experience from the property industry or a related technical business. You currently work, for example, as a building technician, facility technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing installer, or service technician. Regardless of background, you have a strong technical interest and enjoy solving problems. We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in building technology or technical operations. You have relevant education or equivalent experience, good computer skills, and a B driver's license. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal qualities: You are responsible, self-initiating, and service-oriented. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating with others.
