At Vår Omtanke, we are currently looking for several personal assistants to work with our client in Märsta! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work alongside us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position

As an assistant, you are expected to plan, organize, and structure the day independently in collaboration with the client. You will accompany the client in their daily life and participate in all activities. A driver's license and access to a car are required. You must be able to navigate in unfamiliar environments. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required as the client's needs demand this. You will have the opportunity to be involved and influence daily routines.

As an assistant, it is crucial to show patience, be attentive, and flexible in your approach.

Who are you?

You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working and has the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to put yourself in another person's situation and be very attentive. We are looking for someone with experience working as a personal assistant or with equivalent experience. Entrepreneurs looking for extra work are encouraged to apply. As a person, you have good social skills, consider the client's overall needs, are meticulous and responsible, and have a welcoming attitude.

Requirements

• Given the responsibility of the tasks, the applicant should be of middle age.
• The work places explicit demands on cooperation and collaboration.
• Knowledge and experience regarding diabetes.
• The work places explicit demands on a structured working method and good order.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Driver's license Category B. Very good knowledge of Stockholm. Ability to follow GPS and navigate in unfamiliar environments. You need to have your own car to commute to and from work. The client's car is used for the job.
• Capable of cooking, i.e., preparing meals from raw ingredients to finished dishes.
• Extract from the criminal record.

Salary: Fixed hourly rate according to agreement, other compensations are made according to the collective agreement.
