About the role: We are currently looking for personal assistants as hourly substitutes for a client in the Stockholm area. This position is suitable for you if you are responsible, attentive, and flexible, and enjoy working with people and making a difference in everyday life.

The work involves support and assistance in the client's daily life. The work takes place in the client's home and sometimes outside the home.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.
• Practical support at home and in daily activities.
• Lifting may be required during transfers.

About you: We believe that you who apply for this position are someone who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs first. As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable.

The chemistry between you and the client is crucial and may be the most important factor in the final selection.

Working hours: Varying working hours scheduled on weekdays and weekends, day and evening shifts, as well as night shifts.

Merits:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social services.

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying hours, both weekdays and weekends.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Physical strength as manual transfers occur.
• Non-smoker.

Employment type: Hourly substitute as needed, with the possibility of more shifts in the future.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the role may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning the register check will include both the certificate of no criminal record and the certificate of suspicion. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
