Do you want to work with unique cultural-historical environments while driving projects that make a real difference? We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager for Parks & Grounds for the Ulriksdal property area.

About the Assignment

In 2026, there is a need for a technical property manager specializing in parks and grounds, based at Ulriksdal Palace. The role involves on-site work, and travel may be required.

The property area houses tenants where security clearance may become relevant in connection with projects. This is handled by the respective tenant.

About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for the long-term planning and development of park and ground areas to ensure the economic and cultural-historical value of the properties.

You play a central role in driving and executing projects, working closely with property managers and the operations organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for long-term maintenance planning for parks and grounds
• Initiate, investigate, and prepare decision-making materials for maintenance and renovation projects
• Project manage the implementation, from planning to follow-up
• Budget, plan, procure, and coordinate contractors
• Develop maintenance plans for parks and trees
• Conduct risk tree assessments
• Ensure that work is carried out with great consideration for cultural-historical values

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in Landscape Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent (or equivalent experience)
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• At least 3 years of experience working with tree stands and risk trees
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Experience with public procurement according to LOU (2016:1145), minimum 3 years
• Experience with laws and requirements related to property ownership and contract law
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working in culturally and historically valuable park and ground environments
• Advanced competence in park and ground issues
