You will join a Data & AI team within the financial sector, where generative AI is already widely used in daily operations and where new solutions quickly have a real impact. Here, you build AI services from idea to production and work with the entire lifecycle of applications used both customer-facing and internally. A central part of the environment is an internal GPT platform used by thousands of employees to streamline workflows, decision-making, and knowledge sharing.

The role combines the development of language model-based solutions, robust data processing, and operationalization in production. You will become an important part of a cross-functional team working closely with both business and technology. This is particularly interesting for you who want to work hands-on with modern AI in an environment where security, data protection, and scale are crucial.

• You develop generative AI solutions using language models, agent technology, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• You build features that understand user needs, find relevant information, and control how information is used in various workflows.
• You create scalable data pipelines for file upload, information extraction, conversion, structuring, and storage.
• You work with data storage and accessibility in areas such as object storage, vector and graph databases, as well as via integrations with other systems.
• You drive the deployment and lifecycle management of AI platforms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and rights management.
• You contribute to the delivery of external AI customer chat, the further development of internal GPT, and other ongoing AI initiatives.

• Experience in developing AI solutions with a focus on generative AI and language models.
• Proficiency in working with technologies such as RAG, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Experience in building robust and scalable data pipelines as well as integrations between systems.
• Experience in backend development in Python and working with APIs and services, such as FastAPI and Celery.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
• Familiarity with container-based development and deployment, such as with Docker, Azure Container Apps, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Ability to work through the entire lifecycle from development to operations with a focus on security, data protection, and observability.
