We are looking for a personal assistant for a 40-year-old man living in Borlänge. He is an active person and needs you as his assistant.

As a person, you are responsible, proactive, empathetic, and attentive. You have a humanistic view of people and understand that every user is a unique individual with specific needs.

It is important to us that you, just like the user, feel secure when starting your employment. Therefore, we offer an introduction with permanent staff until you feel ready.

To ensure the user's safety and security, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record extract) before you can start working.

Working hours are 08:00–08:00 with on-call duty where you sleep on-site. The temporary position consists of 10 days between weeks 26–33, plus extra days if needed due to illness. There are good opportunities for continued hourly temporary work after the summer.

Recruitment is ongoing.

Requirements: Good communication between the user and the assistant is crucial. Therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

Your salary

At Stugknuten, as a newly hired assistant, you receive a fixed base hourly wage (172.66 SEK/hour) + holiday pay and any additional compensation (OB). A collective agreement is in place.
