We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Consultant for a role where you will support and lead the business in implementing Tagetik as the new group reporting and consolidation platform.

The role will serve as a central link between the finance function, the business, and the external implementation partner. The focus is on requirements gathering, data modeling, integrations, data quality, and quality assurance to ensure a successful implementation and efficient reporting processes.

You will work closely with the finance department, business representatives, system owners, subsidiaries, and external consultants to ensure that the solution supports the business needs and that financial data is handled correctly throughout the reporting flow.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and data model
• Define and document business requirements for reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
• Ensure that the data model supports the business's reporting and monitoring needs.
• Identify and document integration requirements between source systems and Tagetik.
• Responsible for data mapping and quality assurance of financial information.
• Ensure that data is correctly transformed and structured between source systems and the target platform.
• Support project management and the business in analysis, monitoring, and decision-making.
• Testing and quality assurance

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience leading or supporting implementations of financial reporting, consolidation, or EPM/CPM systems.
• Has likely experience with Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, AARO, or similar solutions.
• Has worked with requirements gathering, data modeling, and data mapping in system projects.
• Has a good understanding of group reporting, consolidation, and financial processes.
• Is accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

This role is open to self-employed individuals and freelancers interested in an interesting full-time assignment. The assignment runs preliminarily until October with the possibility of extension. The workplace is in Solna.
