Logistics Analyst for International Company

We are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst for a consultancy assignment lasting approximately one year with an international company. This role is perfect for you who have experience in transport planning, transport administration, or distribution flows, and who want to combine operational problem-solving with analysis and development.

About the Role

As a Logistics Analyst, you will become a key part of the operation, working closely with both internal functions and external transport partners. You will be responsible for analysis, follow-up, and coordination related to transport and distribution flows, while also contributing to the development of processes and working methods.

The role offers a varied daily routine with both operational and analytical elements, giving you the opportunity to influence and drive improvements.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transport planning in the event of deviations and problems
• Collaborate with customer service, carriers, and other internal functions
• Support transport procurement by preparing materials and analyzing quotes
• Maintain and update freight tariffs
• Handle and follow up on freight invoices
• Conduct analyses related to transport performance, costs, and efficiency
• Prepare reports and decision support for the business
• Contribute to the development and improvement of transport and distribution processes

We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have at least 2 years of experience from logistics, transport, or distribution operations, and who thrive in a role where analysis, structure, and collaboration are in focus.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in transport planning or transport administration
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
• Good understanding of systems and processes
• Experience in reporting, follow-up, and analysis work
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Strong communication skills and experience with many contact surfaces
