We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst for a consultancy assignment lasting approximately one year with an international company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in transport planning, transport administration, or distribution flows who wishes to combine operational problem-solving with analysis and development.
About the Role
As a Logistics Analyst, you will become a key part of the operation, working closely with both internal functions and external transport partners. You will be responsible for analysis, follow-up, and coordination related to transport and distribution flows, while also contributing to the development of processes and working methods.
The role offers a varied daily routine with both operational and analytical elements, giving you the opportunity to influence and drive improvements.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating transport planning in the event of deviations and problems
- Collaborating with customer service, carriers, and other internal functions
- Supporting transport procurement by preparing materials and analyzing quotes
- Maintaining and updating freight tariffs
- Handling and following up on freight invoices
- Conducting analyses related to transport performance, costs, and efficiency
- Producing reports and decision support for the business
- Contributing to the development and improvement of transport and distribution processes
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience from logistics, transport, or distribution operations, who thrives in a role where analysis, structure, and collaboration are key.
We would appreciate it if you have:
- Experience in transport planning or transport administration
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
- Good understanding of systems and processes
- Experience in reporting, follow-up, and analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships

About the Assignment
This is a consultancy assignment via OIO with a duration of approximately 12 months.
