About the job

We are looking for customer service talents who can meet our clients' expectations. If you have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, we can teach you the rest.

In this role, you will provide support and service regarding our clients' product insurance via phone and email to customers with inquiries about terms, damage reports, and claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and providing support for insurance and damage cases for a wide range of consumer products.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of our processes to ensure smooth claims handling and satisfied customers.
• Adhering to our KPIs regarding call duration, handling times, and service levels.
• Familiarizing yourself with our clients' insurance terms and product offerings to deliver excellent service.
