A restaurant and wine bar on Östermalm in Stockholm is currently looking for a dishwasher. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This role is suitable for you who enjoy practical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be a key part of the restaurant's daily operations.

Position: Dishwasher

Start Date: Mid-August

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fine and bulk dishwashing in the restaurant.
• Wash kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, and cutlery.
• Ensure the dishwashing function operates efficiently during shifts.
• Help keep the kitchen, dishroom, and work surfaces clean and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel.
• Greet guests pleasantly when guest interaction occurs.

Requirements:

• Swedish language skills at least at an intermediate level, capable of participating in simple conversations and asking/answering common questions.
• Basic understanding of English and ability to follow simple instructions.
• Good physical fitness as heavy lifting is involved.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher is an advantage.
• Ability to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

What the employer offers:

• Full-time employment or a position of approximately 60%.
• Probationary period of 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment.
• Work according to a schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Important:

This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants have residence permits in Sweden but do not hold Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
