Job Description:

We are looking for you who want to help our customers, i.e., cooling and heating installers, with technical support and expertise, and occasionally work as a field technician. You have a drive to help others and share your expertise, are service-minded, and can juggle many balls at the same time. Competence is one of Kinnan's most important characteristics in the market, and you are a vital part of that. We are known for having the best support in the market, and you will help us deliver on that promise.

Our support team assists with everything from calculations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and order processing to other types of questions our customers need help with, regardless of whether it involves air/air, air/water heat pumps, larger commercial systems, or aerothermics, etc. The majority of the work is done via phone/computer, but we also provide on-site assistance to the customer or the customer's customer if needed.

In addition to working with technical support and inside sales/order reception, the role also involves being out in the field part of the time as a field technician and installer. You will have extensive contact with our customers, i.e., installers and end-users. You will also have some contact with our suppliers and their technical specialists.

You are an important part of the company and will have many contact points both internally and externally.

Who do we think you are?

We believe you have a strong sense of service and enjoy talking to people and helping them solve problems. You have good technical competence in cooling and heating and the ability to share it in a pedagogical way. We believe you have or have had a refrigeration certificate and experience as an installer/technician in the field, and perhaps you feel you are ready for the next step in your career by sharing your expertise with others. If you have worked with larger commercial systems in cooling/heating and/or control and regulation technology in the field, it is highly meritorious. If you also have competence/experience in electricity and/or plumbing, that is also meritorious.

You are structured, driven, and forward-looking, accustomed to taking initiative and driving things to completion on your own. Of course, you will have colleagues to bounce ideas off, but you also have the ability to make your own decisions and stand by them.

We believe you are social, outgoing, and have an attitude that rubs off on colleagues and customers. You can handle many balls at once and can prioritize without dropping any.

You need to be able to write/speak Swedish fluently and have at least a category B driver's license.

Your role may include holding training sessions for customers if you wish. We place great emphasis on maintaining high competence both internally and helping our resellers with further education. In our customer center, we hold ongoing training in all our areas of operation.

It may also occasionally involve participating in social events with our customers, suppliers, etc. This may involve travel within Sweden and abroad.
