We are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to start immediately with our partner in Gothenburg. You will become part of an engaged and cohesive team focused on delivering high quality to the company's customers.

In this role, you combine operational logistics work with a clear focus on systems. You work daily in the business system and play a key role in strengthening and developing how it is used in operations. About the Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you are responsible for monitoring already scheduled transports, as well as following up on and ensuring deliveries from start to finish. You maintain regular contact with customers and internal departments, handling multiple workflows in an environment where the pace can be high at times.

Beyond operational tasks, you are expected to take an active role in how the business system is used in daily work, thereby serving as a pillar of support for your colleagues and the department as a whole. You contribute structure, support colleagues with system-related questions, and identify opportunities for improvement in working methods and processes.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor transports to ensure they proceed according to plan and handle deviations in the transport flow
• Ensure that financial activities are triggered correctly for each transport
• Take an active role in the use of the business system and contribute to increased structure and data quality
• Support colleagues with system-related questions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure correct pricing and invoicing data, answering questions from other internal departments, such as Finance
• Answer inquiries from customers, transport partners, and various channels within the company

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least one year of experience in a similar role within logistics or transport
• Has post-secondary education in logistics/transport, or equivalent work experience
• Has a clear interest in systems and enjoys working in a structured manner within business systems
• Is accustomed to data-driven work and has a good understanding of how system support impacts operations
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Experience in data analysis or involvement in improving system-related working methods is considered a merit.

About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment initially lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant and work at our partner's premises in Gothenburg. Provided the collaboration goes well, there are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

You will receive a thorough introduction where you will gradually be onboarded into both tasks and systems, with support from experienced colleagues.
