Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer who thrives in complex system environments and wants to work with the entire development process, from requirements and design to development, testing, and maintenance.

The role involves translating business needs into robust technical solutions, as well as developing and further developing business-critical systems with a focus on quality, long-term sustainability, and resilient architecture. You will work in a test-driven manner and be involved in the entire delivery flow together with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• You have experience in backend development using Java 21+ (REST, integrations, batch) as well as work with architectural patterns within Jakarta EE/JPA.
• You have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or DB2, including data modeling.
• You have experience with CI/CD and version control (Git, TeamCity or similar, e.g., Azure DevOps).
• You have experience with test automation, for example with ReadyAPI (advantageous).
• Experience from the banking and finance sector is considered an advantage.
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

You are engaged, team-oriented, and value knowledge sharing. You take responsibility for your deliverables, contribute new perspectives, and are driven by developing stable and well-functioning solutions in close collaboration with the team and the business.
