About the Assignment 🚀

As a Network Technician, you will become part of a network team responsible for the operation, administration, and management of network-related platforms. The role combines operational work with the development and improvement of methods, routines, and technical solutions.

Your Responsibilities 🛠️

• Handle incidents, problem cases, and orders
• Operation, administration, and management of network platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex network environments
• Participate in change and improvement work
• Document technical solutions and completed activities
• Contribute to internal projects and development initiatives
• Create, update, and quality-assure routines and work instructions
• Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team
• Work towards standardization and efficiency of processes and methods

Your Profile 🎯

Required Competencies

• At least 5 years of experience working with firewall solutions in businesses with high availability requirements
• At least 5 years of experience with switching and routing in enterprise environments
• At least 3 years of experience with virtualized networks and SDN solutions
• At least 3 years of experience with network monitoring and monitoring tools
• Documented experience troubleshooting in complex network environments
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience level equivalent to 4–8 years of professional experience in the field

Desirable Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with operation, administration, and configuration of Check Point firewalls
• At least 3 years of experience with operation, administration, and configuration of Citrix NetScaler/ADC
• At least 3 years of experience with installation, configuration, and use of SolarWinds Orion
