About the Role
As a Project Owner, you will become part of a Business Development team where you drive initiatives that strengthen the organization's efficiency, scalability, and business impact. This is a business-oriented and driven role with a focus on project management, change management, and process development.
You will work cross-functionally with various parts of the organization and be responsible for driving initiatives from idea to implementation and follow-up. This role suits you if you are analytical, structured, and enjoy creating results through collaboration, communication, and smart working methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives
- Develop business cases and data-driven decision support
- Identify areas for improvement and streamline processes
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate various stakeholders
- Monitor impact, business value, and implementation
- Work on initiatives related to digitalization, AI, and automation
Who We Are Looking For
- A university degree in fields such as Industrial Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or IT/Computer Science
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, change management, and process improvement
- Experience with analytical work in Excel or similar tools
- Good understanding of project methodology, planning, and follow-up
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
The following are not required but considered advantageous:
- Experience working with AI- or data-driven improvement initiatives
- Experience with Power BI or other analysis tools
- Consulting experience in processes, project management, efficiency, or similar
