About the Role

As a Project Owner, you will become part of a Business Development team where you drive initiatives that strengthen the organization's efficiency, scalability, and business impact. This is a business-oriented and driven role with a focus on project management, change management, and process development.

You will work cross-functionally with various parts of the organization and be responsible for driving initiatives from idea to implementation and follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives
• Develop business cases and data-driven decision support
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline processes
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate various stakeholders
• Monitor impact, business value, and implementation
• Work on initiatives related to digitalization, AI, and automation

Who We Are Looking For

• A university degree in fields such as Industrial Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or IT/Computer Science
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, change management, and process improvement
• Experience with analytical work in Excel or similar tools
• Good understanding of project methodology, planning, and follow-up
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

The following are not required but considered advantageous:

• Experience working with AI- or data-driven improvement initiatives
• Experience with Power BI or other analysis tools
• Consulting experience in processes, project management, efficiency, or similar
