What you are stepping into

Emhart Glass is a global company that is world-leading in the manufacturing of glass forming machines, which produce glass bottles and jars sold worldwide. In Örebro, we drive development in a high-tech environment where technology, production, and people meet.

Your role

As a planner here, you will be a central player in ensuring the entire production flow operates efficiently. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and engineering, coordinating planning-related matters between different functions. In addition, you will:

• Create and maintain short- and medium-term production plans.
• Ensure that planning aligns with customer orders and delivery dates by monitoring and adjusting plans based on changing conditions.
• Monitor delivery precision and planning outcomes.
• Analyze capacity and utilization in production, balancing the load between machines.
• Communicate changes and priorities in production planning.
• Handle production orders in the business system (IFS).
• Identify deviations and propose improvements to contribute to a more efficient material and production flow.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university or college degree in logistics, supply chain, or similar.
• Is a recent graduate or has a few years of experience in planning and/or logistics.
• Has strong analytical skills and an interest in data and flows.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Experience from manufacturing industry and/or ERP systems (preferably IFS) is an advantage.
