WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

As an assistant nurse with us, you play a central role in providing care and nursing of the highest quality. You create a secure and meaningful daily life for the residents and are expected to have a professional, empathetic, and attentive approach towards residents, relatives, and colleagues.

Your duties include personal care and hygiene, moving and handling, laundry, cleaning, as well as support during meals and other daily activities. You handle medication administration and perform health and medical care tasks according to delegation.

You are responsible for case management, which means you draw up and follow up implementation plans for the residents. Documentation is an important part of the work and takes place in digital systems and mobile phones for efficient follow-up.

Working hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is trained as an assistant nurse and wants to work with people
• has experience working in healthcare and social care or social work (meritorious)
• has good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with residents, relatives, and colleagues, as well as to document according to the facility's routines
• is flexible and has good teamwork skills
• has a good approach and takes initiative
• is engaged, empathetic, and self-assured, and has the ability to adapt to different situations
• is service-oriented and enjoys creating order and structure
