Tallåsen Elderly Care Home is currently seeking a specialist nurse assistant.

Tallåsen is centrally located in Lindesberg with good commuting opportunities. Our facility has three focus areas – somatic care, dementia care, and psychiatry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nurse assistant at Tallåsen, you work independently and flexibly, taking responsibility for planning and carrying out tasks. You provide support to the unit manager and colleagues, and participate in development work that contributes to the quality of our operations.

You mentor and support colleagues and participate in the introduction of new staff. On delegation, you perform health and medical care interventions and ensure that documentation is carried out according to routines and legislation.

We work based on the Municipality of Lindesberg's values, which means that the work is shaped with the individual's needs and wishes at the center. The role also involves supporting and motivating the individual to achieve independence and participation in daily life.

We offer you an introduction together with experienced colleagues. You always have close access to colleagues who provide support when needed.

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a trained specialist nurse assistant and confident in the professional role, with a positive and supportive approach.
  • is accustomed to working in IT systems and has good computer skills.
  • can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and collaborate with individuals, relatives, and colleagues.
  • is flexible and easy to work with.
  • demonstrates good customer service and sets an example in good care and nursing.
  • specialist competence in geriatrics/elderly care, somatic care, or psychiatry is an advantage.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A probationary period may apply.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Indefinite.
