About Us

Villa Pauli is an international family members' club located by the water in Djursholm – a place where gastronomy, community, and cross-generational meetings are at the center.

In May 2026, a major expansion of 1,600 sqm will be completed. This investment includes a new bar and restaurant concept, a pool area with a rooftop terrace, a tennis court, new hotel suites, and the Villa Pauli Wellness Club with spa and gym.

Villa Pauli is located 15–20 minutes from central Stockholm and offers a restaurant and bar, private lounges, conference rooms, and hotel rooms. With the expansion in 2026, its position as a year-round destination for gastronomy, sports, well-being, and social life will be further strengthened.

About the Role

As a Dishwasher / Steward, you are a key person in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that the dishroom, kitchen support functions, and common areas function efficiently and maintain high standards. The role is crucial for the kitchen and other departments to deliver world-class service.

You work closely with the kitchen, restaurant, and other departments, contributing to smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all dishwashing duties and ensure the dishroom remains clean, organized, and fully operational throughout the shift.
• Handle and organize laundry, including receiving and sorting laundry deliveries.
• Manage waste disposal, including cardboard, glass, compost, and other waste.
• Ensure that the garbage room and waste stations are kept clean and well-organized.
• Receive, organize, and assist with deliveries to the facility.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the facility's indoor and outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work according to a schedule covering days, evenings, and weekends.
• Perform other occasional tasks as needed by the business.

Qualifications

• Experience from restaurants, hotels, large kitchens, or similar operations is meritorious but not required.
• You are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for order and tidiness.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively even during stressful periods.
• You are responsible and proactive, seeing what needs to be done without always being told.
• You are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
• You can communicate in Swedish or English.
• You have a strong work ethic and are proud of delivering well-executed work.
